I started this group because I wanted to play boardgames on Wednesday nights in SE Portland.    Since you don't need to RSVP, the number of players on a given night will vary.  It's more of a free-form, do-what-you-want event than a reservation-style one. Don't be fooled by our classiness!  We play it all; Euros, casual games, classic games, etc. Bring some games, have fun and say hi to each other!

I have found a great way to meet people is to enjoy activities together. Ping Pong is a great way for competitive active people to find each other. I wanted to start up a leisurely bike riding group, around 10-12 mph pace that starts in the mid-afternoon, for those who aren't early risers. Helments are opptional; I don't wear one. Construction on the Portland-Milwaukie Light Rail bridge, Portland's first new Willamette River bridge in 35 years, is scheduled to begin in July.
